LBCA Information and Activities

The Long Branch Civic Association strives to enhance our neighborhood by:
  • Improving Long Branch property values by pursuing various projects with Government entities, residents and owners,
  • Promoting the safety of its residents and property,
  • Providing opportunities for community pride, well-being and activities,
  • Providing multiple medium for intra-community communications,
  • Encouraging support of our excellent pyramid of schools, and
  • Acting as a medium to promote appropriate neighborhood activities.

Activities of the LBCA include:
  • Distributing Emails and Newsletters advising of safety notices, activities, events, and neighborhood concerns,
  • Publishing a neighborhood directory,
  • Maintaining the two major entry ways,
  • Providing Long Branch Guidelines and Tips,
  • Providing an active Neighborhood Watch,
  • Assisting residents with neighborhood related issues,
  • Promoting "curb appeal," and
  • Representing the Long Branch Community and its needs to various government entities.

The LBCA is not a Home Owner’s Association.  The LBCA does not enforce covenants or restrictions.  Pride and attention to property value motivates Long Branch neighbors to maintain and enhance their neighborhood.
